The TGR Learning Lab Los Angeles will be located on the adjacent St. Bernards campus of Lulu’s Place. We will serving students from predominantly Title I schools across Los Angeles through school day, after-school and summer programs.
The TGR Learning Lab Los Angeles will be a dynamic learning environment that offers free programs to students from under-resourced communities. The spaces and programs will be designed to meet the needs of the local community, helping students discover their passions, build foundational skills and create and actionable plan for their future.
At the Lab, students actively engage in STEAM learning through exploration and hands-on experiences that supplement their in-school curriculum. Course subjects are strategically aligned with the latest opportunities in high-demand STEAM-based careers, ensuring students gain relevant knowledge that prepares them for their future.
The overall well-being of a young person is vital as both mental and physical health support the foundation of a successful and fulfilling life. By incorporating health education, social-emotional learning and physical activities into our programs, students foster confidence, resilience and grit.
Our programs facilitate learning experiences with local industry partners and working professionals, offering invaluable exposure that demystify STEAM-based careers, encouraging students to envision themselves in those roles and be equipped with the tools and skills necessary for a career aligned with their passions.
