Expanding Tiger’s Vision

The mission of TGR Foundation is simple yet imperative: to empower students to pursue their passions through education. Built from Tiger’s belief in the power of education and the importance of supporting those in need, TGR Foundation has positively impacted the lives of more than 217,000 young people through its TGR Learning Labs since 2006.

Now, as we enter our 30th anniversary year in 2026, Tiger’s vision is to expand our reach to serve more students from under-resourced communities by providing safe spaces and inspiring programs that help them learn, grow and chase their dreams. Together, we will provide innovative STEAM educational enrichment and career-connected learning programs that help students discover their passions and unlock their unlimited potential, preparing them for success in high-demand careers of the future.

Outcome Measurement Improvements

To better understand and report on the impact of our programs, we made significant enhancements to our data collection and analysis processes in 2024 – 2025. All surveys now directly align with the TGR Learning Lab theory of change, linking the outcomes from our programming to the broader impact we aim to achieve.

Impact Spotlight

With guidance from our partner Stand Together Foundation, who are leaders in customer-first measurement, quarterly sessions with Learning Lab staff were held to discuss the latest outcomes. These reviews allowed our team to dynamically refine programming throughout the academic year to better meet the needs of participants.

Expanded Partnerships

Genesis STEM Experience

For third year, Genesis provided hands-on learning experiences to TGR Learning Lab Anaheim students interested in careers in the automotive industry. From visits to their design lab in California to a STEM vehicle challenge event for students at the Learning Lab, students were able to gain valuable skills. In 2025, Genesis expanded its partnership with the TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia, delivering its STEM vehicle challenge to its members over the summer.

Lincoln Financial Foundation

In collaboration with our partners at Cobbs Creek Foundation, Lincoln Financial Foundation will support the development of TGR Foundation’s new financial wellness program, which will be piloted during the 2025-2026 academic year at the TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia.
