A hallmark of our educator professional learning program, STEM Studio is a robust training option for educators to incorporate inquiry into their teaching practice. Through four distinct STEM Studio workshops – each building off the previous – for educators to expand their knowledge of proven inquiry practices:
Through our partnership with DoW STEM, we’re proud to manage the STEM Ambassador Program. The DoW STEM Ambassador Program recognizes outstanding educators and promotes STEM learning across the country. DoW STEM Ambassadors are carefully chosen by the Department of War STEM Education Consortium (DSEC) and DoW STEM based on their commitment to preparing students for future careers in STEM.
Ambassadors participate in a variety of professional development and community building including collecting educational resources in collaboration with a partner organization, presenting in a conference of choice, blogging about educational resources in connection with DoW STEM opportunities and more.
TGR Foundation’s Professional Learning programs provides educators with trainings, tools and resources to expand students’ access to STEM careers through monthly workshops, summer STEM Studio sessions and the DoD STEM Ambassador Program.
