Hostak and Cowles join Hogan, Trevino and Rose to win on East Course.
On June 9, more than 80 participants played a round of golf on the historic Merion Golf Club’s East Course, which has hosted five U.S. Opens, six U.S. Amateur Championships and four U.S. Women’s Amateur Championships. In fact, Merion’s storied East Course has played host to more USGA championships than any course in America.
Twosome Mark Hostak and John Cowles captured the day’s low-net score carding a 59, and twosome KC Fox and Steve Slocum secured the day’s low-gross score, carding a 70. Both pairs will be traveling to Florida to compete in the finals!
