Kultida Woods is a philanthropistandformer banker from Kanchanaburi, Thailand. She is best known as the mother of Tiger Woods. Ms. Woods supports her son and is involved in the philanthropic efforts of the TGR Foundation.She also does charitable projects whereshe provides books and education facilities to the children in Thailand and America.

As Chief Executive Officer of TGR Foundation, Hrag Hamalian leads Tiger Woods’ national education-based nonprofit organization, overseeing strategy, growth, operations, and impact. He is responsible for advancing the Foundation’s mission to empower students from under-resourced communities to pursue their passions through education — while building scalable systems that connect learning to long-term economic opportunity.
Hamalian is a social impact entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience founding, scaling, and transforming mission-driven organizations. His work has consistently operated at the intersection of education, technology, and workforce development – designing models that bridge K–12 education, higher education access, industry partnership, and career-connected learning.
Prior to being named CEO, Hamalian served as President of Learning Labs and National Programs at TGR Foundation, where he led all programming and TGR Learning Labs while strengtheningits operating model to support multi-site growth. Under his leadership, the Foundation deepened its integration of career-connected learning, industry partnerships, and technology-forward programming – aligning student experiences with evolving workforce demands in STEAM fields.
Throughout his career, Hamalian has focused on building financially sustainable, talent-driven organizations capable of scaling impact across regions. Before joining TGR Foundation, Hamalian served as Chief Executive Officer of Bright Star Schools in Los Angeles, where he led the organization’s growth from four to nine schools. At the age of 23, Hamalian founded Valor Academy Middle School, a high-performing public charter school in Los Angeles. In 2013, he helped lead the first successful merger of two charter organizations in Los Angeles — demonstrating how strategic consolidation, strong governance, and operational rigor can expand impact.
Hamalian holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, graduating with honors in biology and English; a master’s degree in secondary education from Loyola Marymount University; and an MBA from UCLA. He is a Broad Academy Fellow, Aspen Institute Fellow, Transcend Education Accelerator Fellow, Achievement First Accelerator Fellow, Building Excellent Schools Fellow, and Teach For America corps member. He currently serves on the boards of ExED and Building Excellent Schools.

As CEO of TGR Foundation, Cyndi Court has executive responsibility for the Foundation’s programs and outreach, leading the nonprofit organization as it carries out its mission to empower students to pursue their passions through education.
Court is a seasoned nonprofit professional with more than 25 years of experience in education, youth development, marketing and fundraising with individuals, foundations and corporations. She has significant experience leading national nonprofits focused on serving young people from under-resourced communities. Prior to joining TGR Foundation, Court was the chief development officer at Berry College where she oversaw all development, philanthropic communications, alumni engagement and a comprehensive capital campaign, which included the renovation and construction of new academic facilities. She also created and endowed a scholarship program for students experiencing challenging circumstances including significant financial need and created opportunities for diverse students in STEM with corporate partners. Her experience also includes roles as the chief marketing and development officer of Special Olympics International and executive vice-president, resource development and marketing at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. During her time with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, she worked with Major League Baseball and Henry and Billye Aaron to endow the Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation program for youth.
A Canadian by birth, Court holds a bachelor’s degree in English and history as well as a Bachelor of Education from York University in Toronto Canada. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband, Doug, and their three children.
