ABOUT pathways forward

As we celebrate 25 years of impact, our work supporting youth on their pathways to success through education continues. Tiger’s vision to provide young people with a clear path to personal excellence and professional success came to life in 1996 and continues to drive our programs and mission today.

Through the Pathways Forward initiative we will enhance our current education programs while expanding resources to better support more students as they build their pathways toward professional, generational and transformational success.

25 YEARS OF IMPACT

For 25 years, our programs have strived to ensure that students from underserved communities are given access and opportunity to build a meaningful, impactful career and life. Since 1996, we have reached two million youth worldwide through our education and outreach programs.

MY PATH FORWARD

Throughout the year we’ll sit down with members of our community to highlight stories of impact, paths to success and partnerships that will help us build more accessible Pathways Forward for youth. Watch to see how our programs are making a significant impact on our communities and young people that we serve.

The Challenge

Without opportunity and access to quality education, our most marginalized students are left without a pathway to personal and professional success.

Our transformational impact is shown through 25 years of student success, but there is more work to do.

We are leading a new model of education that ignites an innovative and entrepreneurial student mindset, while supporting young people as they build their pathways forward.

Reimagining Learning

We are reimagining learning by offering students multiple paths to pursue their passions.

As we look to a rapidly changing world and economy, we are taking the next steps to provide our students with concrete pathways forward through:

  • Job Readiness Programs
  • Career Certification
  • College Access
  • Inspiring Learning Spaces

PATHWAYS TO STUDENT SUCCESS

We are looking for partners to join us in expanding our work through our Pathways Forward initiative as we build:

Job Readiness Programs
Comprehensive support including career preparation, workplace readiness, shadow days and internships

Career Certification
Certificate programs with a direct path to high-demand industries through partnerships that provide workforce opportunities beyond a traditional college pathway

College Access
Workshops, resources and a scholarship program to help students gain access and demystify the higher education processes

Inspiring Learning Spaces
Enhancing our TGR Learning Lab while building new, state-of-the-art spaces for students to come together to create, collaborate and innovate

JOIN THE MOVEMENT TODAY

We are looking for strategic partnerships to enhance our current programs and expand future offerings.

Together we can help more young people on their pathways to success.

THANK YOU TO OUR PATHWAYS FORWARD PARTNERS

Gordon McNeill: A Champion of Education

At Sage Hill School in Newport Beach, Gordon McNeill climbed from dean of students to head of school and, finally, to president, helping build up the young campus and its culture.

But, after 19 years, McNeill decided it was time for a new challenge.

Last August, he accepted a position as president and CEO of the Irvine-based TGR Foundation, one of famed golfer Tiger Woods’ charities, which works to bring educational opportunities to underserved youths through STEM classes, college-access programs and professional development courses for teachers, both through in-person and virtual sessions.
