Development Director, Southern California

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time

The Director of Development is a critical member of the development team and will work in partnership with the Directors of the TGR Learning Labs in Anaheim and LA along with the Chief Development Officer to build a comprehensive fundraising program aimed at supporting the ongoing operations of the TGR Learning Labs in SoCal and LA as well as national program needs for TGRF through all fundraising sources. Reports to the Chief Development Officer and is part of the national fundraising team.

Director, Marketing

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time

The Director, Marketing will work in the Marketing Department at TGR Foundation (TGRF), reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications. This dynamic marketing leader will deliver results, growing the TGR Foundation brand and expanding awareness of our impact nationwide. This position will work across all aspects of the department including strategic plan development, brand management, email marketing, public relations, project management, content creation, budgeting and reporting. 

Professional Learning Facilitator

This position will work with college and career professionals, young people, parents and the community to motivate and develop the necessary skills to complete a program of secondary education and enroll in a post-secondary institution. Other areas of responsibility include student retention, first-generation student support, student and alumni services, collaboration and curriculum development. Learning Facilitators/Instructors are responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with students, co-workers, volunteers and the general public. This is a part-time position in a variety of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) career-based classrooms. The individual selected will assume the position of a learning facilitator/instructor and related duties for students in grades 7-12 as assigned.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development- Tristate is a critical member of the development team working in partnership with the Director of the TGR Learning Lab. This key person is responsible for building a comprehensive fundraising program aimed at supporting the ongoing operations of the TGR Learning Lab in Philadelphia as well as national program needs for TGRF through all fundraising sources. Responsible for a fundraising goal annually, to support programming activities in the Greater Philadelphia area. 

 

Sales Representative, The Genesis Invitational

Status: Full-Time

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

 As an integral part of the TGR Live team, the Sales Representative will report to the General Manager, The Genesis Invitational and is responsible for generating revenue for the historic PGA TOUR tournament annually held at The Riviera Country Club in February. This position requires a self-starter that is organized and consistently focused on sourcing and closing new and renewal sponsorship opportunities. In addition to The Genesis Invitational, the sales coordinator also supports sales efforts for all TGR Live events including Tiger Jam presented by DraftKings, Tiger Woods Invitational presented by USLI, Nexus Cup, TGR JR Invitational presented by Taylormade, and the Hero World Challenge.

The TGR Learning Lab Director, Golf and Recreation reports to the Vice President, Programs and will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with stakeholders. Our golf facility provides golf instruction year-round for students 5-18 years old. The individual selected will maintain quality and improvement of the golf instructional program, Player Development Program as well as related duties associated with the golf program growth and development and play a role in the support of TGR Live junior golf initiatives.

The TGR Learning Lab Manager, Golf & Recreation reports to the Senior Program Director, TGR Learning Lab and will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with stakeholders. Our golf facility provides golf instruction year-round for students 5-18 years old. The individual selected will maintain quality and improvement of the golf instructional program, Player Development Program as well as related duties associated with the golf program growth and development and play a role in the support of TGR Live junior golf initiatives.
