Program Manager, Career Development and Alumni Relations

Location: Anaheim, California

Receiving individualized support, our bright young scholars are succeeding at universities such as Georgetown, Morehouse, UCLA, Lehigh, NYU and Dartmouth. Under the supervision of the Earl Woods Scholar Program (EWSP) Director, this full-time position is responsible for the overall project management and development of the career development and alumni programs for TGR Foundation. 

 

Golf Range Attendant

Location: Anaheim, California
Status: Part Time

The TGR Learning Lab Golf Range Attendant reports to the Golf Director and will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with stakeholders. The individual selected will assume the position of a TGR Learning Lab Golf Range Attendant and will maintain quality and upkeep golf facility and equipment as well as assist in the golf instructional program, Player Development Program as well as related duties associated with the golf program growth and development. 

 

Part-Time Youth Golf Coach

Location: Anaheim, California
Status: Seasonal Work (summer session), Non-Exempt

The Youth Golf Coach is a part-time position responsible for supporting TGR Learning Lab (TGR LL) golf department staff in delivering golf instruction to students in grades 5-12. The Youth Golf Coach is instrumental in introducing the game of golf to students, teaching golf fundamentals, and creating a fun and positive environment for students to learn. 

Director, Golf and Recreation

Location: Anaheim, CA
Status: Full Time

The TGR Learning Lab Director, Golf and Recreation reports to the Vice President, Programs and will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with stakeholders. Our golf facility provides golf instruction year-round for students 5-18 years old. The individual selected will maintain quality and improvement of the golf instructional program, Player Development Program as well as related duties associated with the golf program growth and development and play a role in the support of TGR Live junior golf initiatives. 

Philadelphia, PA

Program Coordinator

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Status: Full Time

This position will work with college and career professionals, young people, parents and the community to motivate and develop the necessary skills to complete a program of secondary education and enroll in a post-secondary institution. Other areas of responsibility include student retention, first-generation student support, student and alumni services, collaboration and curriculum development. The successful candidate will be forward thinking, strategic, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative and skilled at establishing and maintaining rapport and positive relationships. 

 

Senior Director, Development- Greater Philadelphia

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Senior Director of Development- Tristate is a critical member of the development team working in partnership with the Director of the TGR Learning Lab. This key person is responsible for building a comprehensive fundraising program aimed at supporting the ongoing operations of the TGR Learning Lab in Philadelphia as well as national program needs for TGRF through all fundraising sources. Responsible for a fundraising goal annually, to support programming activities in the Greater Philadelphia area.
