National Vice President, Corporate Partnerships

The National Vice President of Corporate Partnerships is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing initiatives to establish and strengthen partnerships with corporate entities. This role focuses on securing funding, enhancing the company’s reputation, and driving mutual value through collaborative partnerships. The successful candidate will lead efforts to identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with corporate partners to support the organization’s goals, including fundraising and programmatic support. 

Learning Facilitator/Instructor

Learning Facilitators are responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with students, co-workers, volunteers and the general public. This is a full-time position in a variety of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) career-based classrooms. The individual selected will assume the position of an instructor and related duties for students in grades 5-12 as assigned. 

Director, Career Connected Learning Programs

Salary:        $80,000 – $100,000

Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Anaheim with support and input from the Senior Vice President ofPrograms, the Director of Career Connected Learning Programs (“Director”) will lead career-connected learning initiatives in Southern California, focusing on expanding outreach and impact while ensuring student outcome goals are achieved. The Director will bring strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to attract and retain teens in the Learning Lab. Passionate about education and youth empowerment, the Director must demonstrate leadership, innovation, and success in driving program vision.

Sr. Director, Development - Southern California

Location: Irvine, CA- Hybrid

The Sr. Director of Development is a critical member of the development team and will work in partnership with the Directors of the TGR Learning Labs in Anaheim and LA along with the Chief Development Officer to build a comprehensive fundraising program aimed at supporting the ongoing operations of the TGR Learning Labs in SoCal and LA as well as national program needs for TGRF through all fundraising sources. Reports to the Chief Development Officer and is part of the national fundraising team. 

Academic & Marketing Support

Salary:         $18-$22/Hr

The TGR Learning Lab in Anaheim, CA provides Academic Support staff to support a homework period for students in grades 7-12. This position will be responsible for assisting and monitoring students who are working on homeworkand school-related projects.

This position also assists in marketing efforts and captures pictures of our programs and events that increase program awareness. In addition, this position is required to work closely with program staff in all activities thatinclude or impact student programs.

Senior Development Writer and Administrator

Location: Hybrid (Irvine, California; Remote)
Status: Full Time

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, the Senior Development Writer and Administrator will be primarily responsible for drafting, editing and/or finalizing major gift proposals, grant applications, pitch decks/presentations and other miscellaneous development collaterals. The Senior Development Writer and Administrator must be a highly effective communicator and collaborator. They must also be able to swiftly and accurately process information in order to compose contextually compelling responses to grant prompts and/or requests from prospects.
