Tiger Woods Foundation awarded first place for Best Annual Report in Ragan’s 2014 PR Daily Awards.

The Tiger Woods Foundation is pleased to announce it has been awarded first place for Best Annual Report in Ragan’s 2014 PR Daily Awards for the Annual Report. The TWF annual report finished atop a list of wonderfully crafted reports by Coca-Cola de Medico, Cherokee Nation Businesses and more in that category. Last year, Tiger Woods Foundation earned first place in the Best Fundraising Campaign category of PR Daily’s 2013 Nonprofit PR Awards.

PR Daily called it an “information-packed, immersive experience” that focuses on the most important element to the Tiger Woods Foundation: the students.

TWF utilized a digital platform for the annual report, becoming the foundation’s first shareable medium. The annual report takes readers on a journey from TWF inception to results throughout the years, using web tools for a clean interface. To date, the annual report has reached over 150,000 people – a 4,000 percent increase.

Viewers have the option to scroll through the report, which is filled with videos, clips and lots of opportunities to find out more. An interactive experience allows our fans and supporters to choose his or her path.

Between the facts and figures in the report, anecdotes from scholars illustrate how the Tiger Woods Foundation’s programs have affected their lives. Readers will meet Edgar, who grew up in Anaheim, Calif., where he attended one of the lowest-performing schools in the district, as well as other students who have made a change for the better through the Tiger Woods Foundation.

These are the stories that matter.
