From my initial role as a high school biology teacher in South Los Angeles, to founding and scaling a charter school network serving thousands of underestimated students in Los Angeles, to my current role at TGR Foundation driving innovative learning spaces and STEAM education programming nationally at TGR Learning Labs I have witnessed firsthand the profound influence that empowered educators wield in molding tomorrow’s leaders.Â

TGR Foundation and DoD STEM are working together to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce by engaging students, educators and professionals in STEM activities and making real-world connections. The partnership has made a significant impact through strategic programming that exposes students to STEM careers and helps them develop skills to work toward their careers.
