In 2026, TGR Foundation marks a powerful milestone: 30 years of driving dreams and transforming lives through education. Founded in 1996 by Tiger Woods and his parents, Earl and Tida Woods, the Foundation was built on a simple yet bold belief—that education has the power to change lives and unlock unlimited potential.

To honor this legacy and look ahead to what’s next, TGR Foundation is launching Driving Dreams Together, a year-long celebration presented by EY US. This landmark year also commemorates the 20th anniversaries of TGR Learning Lab Anaheim and the Earl Woods Scholar Program, two cornerstones of TGR Foundation’s impact.

Together, these milestones represent three decades of empowering young people—especially those from under-resourced communities—with the tools, confidence and opportunities needed to thrive in school, careers and life.

A Vision Rooted in Purpose

TGR Foundation was born from the Woods family legacy of sharing and caring. Tiger Woods envisioned creating safe, inspiring spaces where young people could explore their interests, develop essential skills and pursue their dreams through education. That vision came to life in 2006 with the opening of TGR Learning Lab Anaheim, where Tiger addressed students and community members with words that still define the Foundation’s mission today:

“This is your Learning Lab, a safe place where you have the opportunity to learn, grow and chase after your dreams.”
Nearly two decades later, that promise continues to resonate across classrooms, campuses and communities nationwide.

Transforming Lives Through Education

Through its nationwide network of TGR Learning Labs and educational programs, TGR Foundation provides students with meaningful opportunities, real-world experiences and long-term guidance that help them discover their passions and prepare for their futures.

Programs focus on three critical areas:

* STEAM educational enrichment
* Career and college readiness
* Health and well-being

Since 1996, TGR Foundation has touched the lives of more than 3 million young people, including over 217,000 students served directly through its Learning Labs and the Earl Woods Scholar Program. These programs are designed not just to support academic success, but to help students build confidence, resilience and a sense of possibility.

Partners Who Make the Mission Possible

The impact of the past 30 years would not be possible without the commitment of mission-aligned partners who believe in the power of education. In 2026, Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), a global professional services firm, serves as the official presenting sponsor of TGR Foundation’s 30th anniversary year. Through the collaboration, they will further expand educational programming at TGR Learning Labs and deepen opportunities for students nationwide.

“In 1996, Tiger set out with a big dream—to positively impact the life of one person every day,” said Cyndi Court, CEO of TGR Foundation. “Through TGR Foundation, we are realizing that dream and more, by reaching thousands of young people annually. Our impact is possible because of partners like EY US. Together, we are empowering the next generation to turn their dreams into reality.”

Golf Channel has joined as official media partner for TGR Foundation’s 30th anniversary year, highlighting TGR Foundation’s impact and Tiger’s legacy—on and off the course—through exclusive content airing throughout 2026.

Honoring the Past, Building the Future

While 2026 is a time to celebrate how far TGR Foundation has come, it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

TGR Foundation is committed to expanding access to its immersive learning experiences by bringing TGR Learning Labs to new communities in need. These expansions will allow thousands more students each year to engage in hands-on education that sparks curiosity, builds essential skills and opens doors to future opportunities.

In addition to the flagship TGR Learning Lab Anaheim and the Smilow Woodland TGR Learning Lab which opened in 2025 at the Cobbs Creek Golf & Educational Campus in Philadelphia, planned locations include:

* Los Angeles, California at Lulu’s Place
* Atlanta, Georgia, in partnership with the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation
* Augusta, Georgia, in partnership with Augusta National Golf Club

Each new Learning Lab represents a deeper commitment to meeting students where they are—and helping them envision what’s possible.

A Call to Drive Dreams Together

Driving Dreams Together is more than a celebration. It’s a call to action. As TGR Foundation looks ahead to its next 30 years, it invites partners, supporters and communities to join Tiger in creating more equitable access to education and opportunity. By working together, we can ensure that even more young people have the chance to pursue their passions, shape their futures and achieve their dreams.
