The Deutsche Bank Championship festivities continued in epic fashion as Jordan Spieth made the trip up to Fenway Park to throw out the ceremonial first pitch before tonight’s game against the New York Yankees. The Red Sox are hoping for a little luck from Spieth to keep on their winning ways.
Not only is Spieth a phenomenal golfer, but his baseball game was strong as well, delivering a strike to Red Sox pitcher Joe Kelly. Spieth was accompanied by Deutsche Bank CEO of North America Jacques Brand as well as vice president of championships for the Tiger Woods Foundation, Michael Antolini.
Spieth has been red hot this year, with wins at the Valspar Championship, Masters and U.S. Open. After a missed cut at the Barclays, Spieth is looking to get back on track with a solid performance this week at the Deutsche Bank Championship.
It’s not too late to witness the PGA TOUR’s top 100 compete! Tickets are still available.
